Cutting

Panels can be cut into various shapes using a water jet, contour milling machine, forming saw, or curve saw.
Dig + Hem

Used for precise edge finishing of aluminum composite panels to achieve specific functional and aesthetic results.
Riveting

Riveting can be completed using basic tools such as rivets or blind rivets. When used outdoors, consider thermal expansion.
Drilling

Panels can be drilled using a twist drill, which is commonly used for aluminum and plastic materials.
Shearing

Shearing can be done using a shearing machine. Ensure a gasket is placed under the blanking tool during the process.
Hole Punching

A general eyelet machine can punch holes in panels of any thickness. Ensure stable installation and maintain a minimal gap for accurate cutting.
Cut Thread

Threads can be cut using standard electric tools, sheet metal screws, and wood screws. When used outdoors, consider the effects of thermal expansion.
Welding

Panels can be joined using hot air welding. Use specialized welding equipment to fuse the plastic core and plastic welding rod.
Clamp

Apply clamping force to the aluminum panel to hold it securely and prevent shifting during processing.
Bending

Bending can be done using a folding table or brake press. The inside radius of the bend should be approximately 10 times the panel thickness.
Adhesive

Adhesive bonding utilizes the adhesive surface of the aluminum composite panel (ACP) to securely attach it to the wall.
Paint

Paint is applied through a spray gun, using air pressure to atomize the paint into fine droplets for even surface coating.
